1) Bug reports and support requests do not belong here.
2) Send Later is, in fact compatible with Thunderbird 143.
If Thunderbird is telling you otherwise, then this is a problem with Thunderbird, not a problem with Send Later.
3) I've seen claims that antivirus programs are flagging Send Later as malicious and refusing to let Thunderbird install it. Check if your antivirus is doing that, and if so, then tell it to stop.
