CS Lite allows you to set the permission of the cookie every domain from toolbar.
Note du collectionneur Open CS Lite Options by right-clicking on the toolbar button, under Global tab select 'Deny cookies globally' as Global cookie behaviour. Whitelist desired websites permanently or temporarily when you visit them by clicking on the toolbar button.
