Well worth contributing to! Why not make it $5bucks. Still a great opportunity to help you grow the app....
I use it like a bookmark utility that has organizable thumbnails and tab categories. I wish it had the ability to move with my computers like Xmarks sync feature for passwords.

i use this all the time, i have a gestures addon that i have linked to open a new tab when i right click and move my mouse down, i probably open speed dial at least 20 times a day...

One suggestion that i would like, is to password protect a group, i know it probably wouldn't be very secure but some is better then nothing, that way i can have a group with dials for my finacial sites.

@Lascaris re. your comment "I would suggest a visual improvement for a next version : that would be great to put images as a background screen in each dial group. The use of customized colors in the background is a good mean to make visual contrast between the different dial groups, but it is visually poor."

you can set images as backgrounds - right click on background > edit group > additional style options

Frankly, the BEST firefox add-on there is. Seriously, if I could only have one add-on this would be it, even over AdBlock Plus.

If you only make one set of 9 dials, then you probably don't agree with the above, and I don't blame you. All of the power in this addon comes from being able to create MORE THAN ONE SPEED DIAL PAGE.

Sure, Google has that speed dial thing, and so does Opera, but Google's is based on usage, and Opera only gives you one page. I have 19 speed dial groups, no exaggeration. Each group shows up as a tab across the top and can be customized with their own colors to make them easy to find. I have groups based on function (custom searches, my best online deals websites, one with all of my blogs, another with all of my blog's admin pages, one for family stuff, one for personal stuff... you get the idea). If you've got bookmarks coming out of your ears like I do, Speed Dial is a life saver. Now I can bookmark everything I want to and even be a bit sloppy about it, because all of my critical or important bookmarks are in my speed dials.

To get the most of out this addon, create more than one dial group and load them up with your sites that you need quick access to. Then, change the settings to display your dials in new tabs instead of the home page (make your current home page the #1 dial on your first dial group and you'll have the same access).

Nice addon, but thumbnail scaling sucks. See Opera, how to do this in right way.

Works flawlessly, easy to configure. I prefer this as a new tab versus extensions that show browsing history, since history doesn't necessarily reflect my preferred sites and I can easily update speed dial if and when my preferences do change.

Excellent homepage! Very much enjoy it!

I'd highly recommend hooking this site up as the weather dial (or just add this as a website and refresh often): http://whatstheweather.net very nifty to have that refresh every 5 mins with a new picture.

There's 9.5.1 version available to download from developer's page.

Btw. speed dial shouldn't show up in "history back" button when moving back/forward after launching a new tab/window.

Adding search field for most popular search engines would be great too.

This add-on rocks, the configurability is just amazing. Much faster than FoxTab, and absolutely no bugs/glitches! Perfect!
