Very nice add-on. Any chance of getting an add-on for docky similar to the gmail mail-checker which would exist even when Thunderbird isn't open?

@pwnedd: Sorry, it's not really possible to create extension like this, as the extension work only when thunderbird is running. It could be a docklet, but not an extension to thunderbid, and then you'd have to implement all the mail checking mechanism by yourself.
