Add a compact menu button to the navigation toolbar, and hide the menu bar.

הערת האספן This is a great +on and it still works in FF v3.6. This allows for the menubar to disappear and be replaced by an icon of my choosing. I use the FF icon instead of the throbber. This +on conflicts with another +on that I disable. Don't recall the name.

Adds an About button to extensions, themes, and languages in the Add-ons list.
