Hello,
the announcement was for the beginning of october, but since the structure of Thunderbird was completely changed and the developer has to find his way into it first, you should be able to wait a bit. After all, it is very good that there is a further development here and this tool can be used further.
This should be appreciated accordingly. A donation comes from me when the update is released.
