Getting a DLL error message when FF starts-up now. This is on Vista. Does not seem to be a problem with XP. Any suggestion?

I am getting a DLL error message with this add-on. OS is Vista, does not seem to happen with XP.

I have a screen shot of the error message. Any idea's why this error is coming up?
