Originally this add-on solved two problems with history:

The first part solved a problem that history had in displaying a suitable site icon on visiting a fragment of a document which was fixed in Firefox 7.
The second part was a similar problem with titles which was fixed in Firefox 3.7a3;

Now fragment titles just attempts to use information from the document to enhance the history, for example:

Bug 420605 – fragment links have wrong favicon and description in history entry [Description]
All-in-One Sidebar :: Firefox Extras [Avaliações]
Web Server Statistics for Central Web Server [Redirection Report]
Bristol University | A-Z index | Full [#w]
