At first install it didn't work. I had the same problem as Emmcee. I tried fiddling with the TXT file directly, but no joy. I uninstalled the addon, tried to install an old (incompatible) addon, then REINSTALLED this addon. Now it works :)
It would be nice to be able to add to the autocorrect list via a right-click context menu.
Thanks for this useful addon for fat-fingered (metaphorical) users like me.

Great Idea, and it almost works perfectly, but it just comes to a halt when it comes across a null subject title ... I don't get many of those :o)
