Is it possible to reuse the original open action? This way, 'Tree style tabs' might be able to track it as a child tab, may be you should install 'Tree style tabs'(it is really a great plugin which improves productivity), and do some tests.

Does not working well with "Tree style tabs", after clean the links of google search resulets, the tab is no longer opened as a child tab, even though I love this addon over other similar addons, I have to disable it.

Google use '# 'achor leading search parameters, maybe a excepetion list should be added for those sites which do not use '#' as a fragment content achor?
