Send Later is a very helpful add-on and I’ve liked using it, but lately it has become frustrating. Entering full dates in day/month/year doesn’t give the expected results, which makes scheduling unreliable in my locale. It used to work better before, and since I never received a reply to the email I sent, I’m honestly thinking about stopping using it.

When it works (with ISO format or “tomorrow 9am”), it’s great — but for me, the date issue is a big drawback.

1) Bug reports and support requests do not belong here.
2) The cause of this issue and how to fix it are documented in the user guide at https://extended-thunder.github.io/send-later/#date-format-confusion-in-the-scheduler-pop-up
3) I respond to every email I receive about Send Later, usually within a day at most.
4) If you are the "Dan" who emailed me on September 11, then I responded to your email less than six hours after you sent it, with the above user guide link in my response. I can't really do anything about it if my response ended up in your spam folder or you didn't see it for some other reason; according to my logs the email left my email server successfully.
