Works like a charm. +1 to Surf on tips to getting it to work with Thunderbird 141.

Download the add-on, change the extension to .zip and extract the files, open the manifest and change strict_max_version to 141.* and save, then zip the all those files to a zip file, change the extension back to xpi, and then load it in Thunderbird
