I've used this background for a couple of years now. Simple. Elegant. And most importantly, doesn't distract from the foreground material. Something most background creators don't seem to care about.

Was a fantastic little add-on until Accuweather stopped responding more than 2 weeks ago.
What happened? It wasn't on my end.
