Duplicate Contact Manager

One would think that after installing a Thunderbird add on and restarting Thunderbird that there would be some way of finding and using the add on. That is not the case with "Duplicate Contact Manager." Nothing in any of the menus points toward it nor is there any kind of icon to click on to run it. It has no presence whatsoever on Thunderbird after it is installed. Don't waste your bandwidth on downloading this POS.
