I am waiting for the developer to sync the company name from outlook to thunderbird because the system does not bring this information.

Don't do this please. It is the second time you downvote me because of the same request. This is not how you get a feature request implemented. This project is going slow because I have a normal day job to earn my money. I work on TbSync in my free time, if I have any.
