open .xpi with winrar and edit install.rdf
and change the line maxversion to
maxVersion="3.1.*"

0.6.0.8 works fine with tb3.1

open .xpi with winrar and edit install.rdf
and change the line maxversion to
maxVersion="3.1.*"
