Aah, fine -> I have not seen that the "eml" extension
is bound to thunderbird. A double click on the file
and I can see the message it was before AND I can
extract the attachment!

Is working fine (so far).
Not clear is one issue:

If I have an attachment I can see the
attachment inline in the "eml" file.
How do I extract the attachment to
use it? I have not found an documentation!
