Had to add the "/en-US" ending again as I realised the search doesn't work without a language in the path. If only I knew how to use a wildcard here!

Changed search plugin to go straight to http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Search/ rather than the old http://search.msdn.microsoft.com/ which was redirecting to there. Removed hard-coding of language/region as well.
