Some problems with Firefox 20 were fixed in Thumbnail Zoom Plus 2.3.2 and 2.4rc3 so make sure you are running one of those versions (or newer). https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/thumbnail-zoom-plus/versions/
