Preferences > Advanced > General > Config Editor: set "mail.override_list_reply_to" to "false".

And I just write a new add-on for better functionality: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/mactionary/

But it is not a pure low-level add-on, so it just works for newer versions of firefox.
