Print Preview Button and Keyboard Shortcut

Nice addon for adding print preview button to toolbar. It would be nice if it had an option to replace Ctrl+P shortcut to Print Preview.

nice and very usefull add-on, I use it for Azerbaijani keyboard. A little thing to notice, it doesn't apply options change untill restart, it will be nice if there is "Settings will be applied after restarting Firefox" in options panel.
