This is a great addon. It's especially useful to select iframe or outer div that wraps the ads using the b (broader) command.

Really clumsy implementation. Not for average user. There are other add-ons like "Yet Another Remove it Permanently" that make element blocking a breeze.

I love it unfortunately the shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+K) does not work for me. Any ideas on how to fix this?

This has to be by far one of the best add-ons that I've ever installed into my Firefox browser. It does exactly what it does and it even has been blocking ads that from a developer's stand point didn't think would be able to. Great job!

Sure It`s awesome, don`t have to confirm this.
As a web developer, I would like an integration with firebug when it is available (an extra entry, in the right click menu, of the inspect element functionality).
Also +1 to Adblock Plus integration with this addon.

Great idea, except if you don't have the (ugly) AdBlock logo enabled you have no way of accessing the "Select element to hide"

This has since been fixed - there was a keyboard shortcut but it conflicted with others so never worked for me.

I love it ! adblock plus can't shut down those popup players those auto play annoying ads videos. And sometimes I often pressed the closedX ,while it redirect to another website.
This extention beat the troublemaker.

An advice. I use FF 3.0.16 with XP SP2. With UnPlug 2.024 (extension for FF), I located a Flash video (link) that it was impossible to block with Adblock Plus 1.1.2 and Adblock Plus: Element Hiding Helper 1.0.6. After locating it with UnPlug 2.024, I enter the link manually into Adblock Plus 1.1.2, conclusion: the video is definitely blocked sohbet
