Hi Uinsin42, could you please report this at http://groups.google.com/group/empty-em-support ? Especially the types of accounts in your profile, and the output in 'Tools -> Error Console' when you click 'Empty all Junk and Trash folders' button. You can turn on verbose logging in Empty 'em preferences.
