When you choose display effect (None) AND duration NONE, alert stay visible until clicked.
I don't know if it it a bug, but it is usefull !

As other users, adding an option "popup duration -> infinity (until clicked on)" would be appreciated! Or for exemple put '0' to active 'until cliked on'.
