the problem is this:
i have select "passwords always display" in the settings, but when i open SPE then i must always click twice on the Button "Show passwords" so that passwords are displayed.
This Problem exists since FireFox 44.0.

"Saved Password Editor 2.9.4" does not work properly with FireFox 44.0 !

Could you please be specific? I'm running SPE 2.9.4 with FF 44, and I'm experiencing no problems. What, specifically, are you having a problem with? Please note that Mozilla's Password Manager does not work with all sites; it depends on the way the login form is constructed. SPE also does not work with all sites. But that has nothing to do with the version of Firefox.
