Excellent add on - is there any way that it can be used on an imap system so all users of shared email accounts can see the notes? Thanks.

In order to share your notes with other users (or access them by yourself on a different PC), you can store the notes on a shared network drive (WebDAV, Windows Share / Samba, NFS -- anything you can mount on your operating system) and configure the xnote.storage_path property accordingly.
