Doesn't work in Firefox 4.0 nightly (4.0b8pre). "X matches" doesn't show up.

Also, "X of Y matches would be a more useful feature.

Very nice, makes Firefox feel a lot cleaner.

Works under Windows 7 (beta) too!

This is great!

One little nag though: could you make it a tad more persistent? As in, could you have the statusbar hang around a bit longer, so it doesn't flicker when you're moving over a couple of links?

(yep - like Chrome!)
