If you lost the nagios icon please install the 'url-addon-bar' and if need manually reinstall the nagios plugin.

I've relied on this plugin for years, but since the latest update it doesn't work anymore and I can't find an alternative. Any advice ?

Das Plugin tat bis vor 30 Minuten seinen Dienst. Die Anzeige war informative und nicht aufdringlich.
Leider funktioniert es nun nicht mehr, da Mozilla die Addons anders behandelt.
In den letzten Jahren war die Nutzung des Plugins umständlich geworden, da die Addon Bar abgeschafft wurde.
Zum Glück gab es recht schnell ein Addon, dass diese ersetzte. Auch diese Bar funktioniert nun nicht mehr.

The plugin worked until 30 minutes ago. The addon was informative and not intrusive. Unfortunately it does not work now, because Mozilla treats the addons differently. In recent years, the use of the plugin has become cumbersome since the addon bar has been abolished. Luckily there was an addon that replaced it. Now this bar is no longer working too.

This plugin works well, but is starting to show its age! To get the status showing at the top, in the add-on bar, I installed Status-4-Evar, then went to customize and dragged nagios checker to the add-on bar at the top, then right-clicked on the status bar and unticked 'status bar'.

This project seems to have been abandoned, almost no issues filed against it have been addressed in years. the sound files don't work and can't be changed and the one that does work is nearly inaudible.

Has anyone figured out how to prevent the password login window(s) from popping up when starting up FireFox? I have MULTIPLE Nagios monitors to check, and I have to login (or click ok with my credentials saved) for each one.

Has anyone resolved this? Can I just start FireFox and everything logs in at the start automatically?

To use Nagios Checker with Firefox Version 29 just install Add-On "status-4-evar"

This addon is so great for IT-Operation. Sadly since FF29 it's not working anymore (Mozilla removed the status bar :/)
