The reason of problem that I mentioned was the addon: ConfirmBeforeDelete.
When I updated this addon manually, I overcame the problem.

I'm using this addon for a long time.
And I'm very happy to use this addon
But after v45.2.0 upgrade of Thunderbird,
It's not working.
I guess there is some conficts with new version of TB.
Could you please check

My OS = Ubuntu 16.04
