I own a few sites these days and like to keep up to date the various measures of well they are preforming. Actually going and checking this manually is becoming a task that takes too long and too much work. Plus besides my own there are sites belonging to friends and clients that I would like to keep up to date on.
That is where is extension really shines it does it all for you while you browse the web. All I have to do is load a page from any site, and bingo all the info is presented down in the status bar. A whopping 20 different values if I want them, there is of course an easy to access options window (via the extensions status bar button's pop-up menu) that can be used to chose what values you want to see, and also a white list of sites to show the values for. There is also a handy item in the before mentioned menu to quickly turn the extension on and off.
Must have for every person that owns a web site, it has made my life much easier.

This is the one extension that I have always had installed for the last year or more, most I install for a time, then remove. But I never have removed this one.
I have tried various other FTP programs before I started useing this and several since. But non have matched this extension for usability and convenience. The local and remote folder views, and the directory diff in the latest version the allows for checking the files by the date they were modified. Testing many files before I upload them I can see this being used all the time. And there is so many other things I could say about it.
