- Restructured the way global.css is loaded
- Fixed NewTab for blank browser.newtab.URL setting
- Fixed NewTab to support SpeedDial extension
- Removed padding on All Tabs button on Linux for some themes

Notes:

- The combined Back/Forward dropmarker is currently broken and I'm looking into fixes. Simply drag it off in Customize mode to revert to separate Back and Forward buttons.

- Fixed Findbar.
- Began work on fixing Addons Manager.

Notes:

- The combined Back/Forward dropmarker is currently broken and I'm looking into fixes. Simply drag it off in Customize mode to revert to separate Back and Forward buttons.

- This version cuts off minimum compatibility to SM 2.38. A future version will remove unneeded older version support stuff.

- Created options in Addons Manager for those two prefs
