Compatible with version 60.9 of Thunderbird. This version will unpack the sounds (all mp3s) to a folder in the profile, from where they can be picked for the filter actions setting.

Bug 10: Support Ogg playback format.
Bug 30: Support mp3 playback format (use OS calls to support arbitrary sound file types).

Fixes:

Bug 29: Playback sometimes interrupted (Protect tone playing from garbage collection).
Bug 46: Long file URL is usually truncated in filter editor display, just show file name instead.
Bug 95: If profile is moved, existing filenames are invalid. (If filename is invalid, look in the sounds directory for the extension in the current profile).
