Waardering 1 van 5 sterren

This extension don't appears in the list of installed extensions, so it's impossible to uninstall. WHY ?
I would like to uninstall it, as this behavior is suspicious for me, so please, could you help me? thanks!
TB 3.1.11, Windows 7 32bits
