There's a nasty piece of adware in IE View as of version 1.5.5.

Paul Roub responded to my angry email, informing me that he no longer controls IE View.

Whoever the scum are that now control the addon, they see nothing wrong with sneaking in this persistent adware without notice. Users are forced to figure out where the hell it came from. Most, I'm sure, are not well prepared to do so.

I've installed IE View in 50 to 100 of my customers' systems. Now I must remove it from every one of them at every possible opportunity.

What an outrageous bettrayal.
