I hacked the install.rdf to work for latest thunderbird

http://www.moonbade.com/stuff/copy_plain_text-0.3.3-fx+mz+tb.xpi

However the edit menu is overwritten as shown in this screenshot - http://i39.tinypic.com/2l9pedk.jpg

It seems like this extension is maintained.
I love this extension and have put up with this issue for 6 months now but enough is enough. does anyone know an alternative?
