This would be a great app but for one lousy bug: The window in which you type the name of a folder to move a message remembers what you type, so next time you open it, you have to erase the text and start over, which is cumbersome and time consuming.

I agree, and I'm trying to figure out exactly when this occurs. If you downgrade one version it should work, given you can live without keyboard navigation which I recently added.
