Migrate Messages Between Accounts 0.3.0

Provides ability to synchronize messages between two accounts (POP3/IMAP => IMAP) automatically for account migration.

A Thunderbird add-on that synchronizes stored messages between two mail accounts
(POP3/IMAP => IMAP) for account migration. It copies messages from a *source*
account into a *destination* IMAP account, keeping the original folder structure,
in an **add-only** way (deletions on the source are never propagated).
* On the add-on's startup (first install / Thunderbird launch), any account pair whose initial migration has not finished yet is migrated automatically.
* After that, migration runs only when the toolbar button is clicked. It always performs an incremental "copy only the messages that are missing on the destination" sync, so it is safe to run at any time.
* Messages deleted on the source are never removed from the destination.
## Configuration
All settings are delivered to the add-on through the Mozilla enterprise policy
