The Mozilla Add-Ons page of "Print Pages to PDF" has been killed. Where do I look for it?

There. I downgraded to FF 44.0.2 and Print Pages to PDF works as beautifully as ever. I usually like to keep up to date with the latest FF version but in this particular case, this add-on saves me so much work and is so convenient that I would rather have the add-on than the latest and shiniest FF.

Not working any more after update to FF45. The conversion result dialog opens but the Document Title and Progress fields remain blank, and nothing happens.
Please make it work again!!
This is an excellent add-on, my INDISPENSABLE add-on.

Thanks to The Ripper!!! Now works with FF22.
I use this add-on every single day. I need to keep a lot of web research for my records and this tool is invaluable. The customization options are excellent and to boot, the PDF outcome is not bloated. Depending in the images in your page, the PDF for a newspaper article may be as light as 26K. Combined with Hack The Web (to keep only what you want) or some of the more recent versions of the Readability bookmarklet (to streamline text), it is just perfect.
In my opinion, this should be a permanent part of Mozilla.

Why was this disabled for FF22? why? why? I used the tip that was suggested and was working BRILLIANTLY until yesterday. Why? I used it all the time, and no substitute comes close for my needs. Best add-on of this kind!
