This is pretty nice for one page, but is there a way to archive a page structure (like this whole tutorial http://www.acm.uiuc.edu/sigops/roll_your_own/intro.html) and replace the online links with relative to the saved pages?

The feature you requested is outside the scope of the MAF extension, but would be an interesting separate project. I don't know of an extension that is designed for that purpose.
