If you change the em:maxVersion line in the install.rdf file to 3.0.* this will work with FF 3.0.8+
Just change the extension to .zip from .xpi and open it to make the change then rename to .xpi when done.
Forecastfox Weather

I gave this new version (0.9.6) a try but I went back to Forecastfox "Enhanced" because this version doesn't let you make the radar larger.
I don't like have to put on my glasses to see that tiny little radar map.

This has been a great extension and I'm hoping it will get updated to be used with Firefox 3.0b4+
