This is a fine theme, simple, clean and attractive. It's easy to look at and feels very comfortable. I do have one issue, however, and wonder if I've done something wrong. In the bar above the message text, i.e. where the header appears, there are no icons for Reply, Reply All, Forward, etc. Do I need to do something in order to add them?

Auto Copy is a great extension. Please update it for use in TB 2.0.
