This works great on Thunderbird 9, but loses the compatibility when updated to Thunderbird 10. Can you update this add-on to make it compatible again?

It's a wonderful program, but I would like more options for other countries, besides mainland China, could you or someone else maintain some other lists of proxies, starting with U.S.A?
