This is a really useful extension. It may not seem so at first glance; but I guarantee that, once you've figured out how it works, you won't want to be without it. As the previous reviewer mentioned, it fixes the annoying draft auto-save bug, which has been around for years!

I don't know what the future holds for Thunderbird but this is an excellent add-on which fixes the annoying Draft auto-save bug, which has been around for years!

Seit Jahren benutze ich dieses tolle ADD-on mit "mTB WIN 3.x - 10.0.x.ESR" in der Version 0.2.0.
Aber seit ich auf die Version "WIN mTB 17.0.5esr" und dieses ADD-on auf die Version 0.2.1 upgedated habe, funktioniert es leider nicht mehr!

In den "Konten-Einstellungen" ==> "Kopien und Ordner", lassen sich keine Einstellungen im Bereich: "Keep Auto Save drafts in:" speichern. Es passiert nichts beim Klicken auf die Schaltfläche [OK].

Erst nach dem Wechseln zu einem anderen eMail-Konto kann das Dialog-Fenster mit [OK] geschlosen werden.
Dabei bleiben allerdings die beiden Pull-Down-Menüs unter "Keep Auto Save drafts in:" leer.

Nachdem ich dieses ADD-on unter "WIN mTB 17.0.5esr" auf die Version 0.2.0 downgegrade hatte, funktionierte es wieder.

Außerdem würde es mich sehr freuen, wenn es endlich die Auswahl geben würde, wo ich den eMail-Entwurf manuell speichern möchte, lokal oder online.

For years I have been using this great ADD-on with "mTB WIN 3.x - 10.0.x.ESR" in version 0.2.0.
But since I have updated to version "WIN mTB 17.0.5esr" and this ADD-on to version 0.2.1, it no longer works!

At the "Account Settings" ==> "Copies and Folders", no settings can be saved in the field: "Keep autosave drafts in:". Nothing happens when you click the [OK] button.

Only after switching to a different eMail-account, the dialog window can be closed with [OK].
In this case, however, the two pull-down menus remain emty at "Keep autosave drafts in".

After I had downgegrade this ADD-on to version 0.2.0 on "WIN mTB 17.0.5esr", it works again.

I also would be very happy, if it would finally give the choice, where I manually want to save the draft-eMail, locally or online.

Very useful add-on. GMail annoyed me by filling up the trash-bin with old drafts.
Not very common: The documentation shows clearly what to do and what happens.

Good add on, remove many trash email (auto saved drafts) in android Gmail.

Since the GMail-app on android handles auto saved drafts quite poorly. This is a perfect solution.
