insert custom text into posts and emails.
(ie attach a signature to your emails)

to insert:
right click,
ctrl-shift-d,
ctrl-shift-r,
ctrl-space (autocomplete),

export and import through options.

-ctrl-shift-r random

this is merely a version compatibility change to support firefox 2.0
