I would expect to be able to manage blocks of text that I want to reuse in a smart way. But to do that, users have to learn HTML (a smart app would automatically recognize colors, fonts, etc. when inserting a block of text from the clipboard and generate HTML).
Apparently, if you want to define 5 blocks of text, you also have to create files for them.
Thanks for trying / review. that's right - the Add-on currently has no built in editor for snippets - it will come in the future. But having that plus WYSIWIG on top is incredibly complex, so a minimal knowledge of CSS / HTML is quite advantageous.
through being file based you can have a modular system and pull inexternal images, or build up templates that pull in modules such as FAQ / history files etc.
I also have some layout snippets (such as adding a shadow to a selected image with a single click) to get started, here:

For an Add-on that has build in snippet creating / editing, please check out quickText. Maybe you find it easier to use!
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
