Thunder!Box allows transferring contacts from your Thunderbird-Addressbook to the phonebook of a connected AVM FRITZ!Box FON router and back. You may also use your addressbook to initiate calls.

THUNDER!Box introduces fields "Vanity", "Quickdial" and "Important Person" from the FRITZ!Box built-in phonebook to the Thunderbird Addressbook. This data alongside the phone numbers may be transmitted to the FRITZ!Box.
Optionally a dial button may be enabled to start calls. This feature uses the FRITZ!Box feature to dial the contact and then ring your phone as soon as the called person picks up.
