The setup options are in tools, add-ons, extensions, SmartTemplate 0.3.1

I second marcoasousa's comment.
Ease of use needs more work, a tab in TB it self would be nice also.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.1).

It works on TB 3.0 with windows 7 os !!
