This is one of the first extensions I install upon installation of ThunderBird. Hats off to the developer(s)!

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.4.5).

Does not work with Thunderbird 31.X unfortunately. I could export my filters but importing them does absolutely nothing. Nada.
