In my case the addon works with Thunderbird 3.1.2.

Very useful addon especially if you have a lot of contacts (> 100).

But I would move the "Search and delete dublicates" from the "dublicates" into the "extras" menu.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.1).  This user has a previous review of this add-on.
