Very useful, especially now that the tech folk at work have broken the Acrobat plugin.

Feature request: I'd like to see this appear in the context menu for links I have bookmarked (whether in the bookmark toolbar or bookmark menu).

I'd like to see a middle-click to open in a new tab. Otherwise, looking good!
